A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior*team secretary to work for a large firm of chartered surveyors based in the West End. The role will involve providing secretarial support to the team based in the retail and leisure department. The position will include about 80% copy typing + extra secretarial duties which include: - client liaison - booking meetings - ordering stationary - answering the telephone and taking detailed messages - diary mangement - ad hoc administration. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1yrs secretarial experience combined with a secretarial qualification (i.e. Pitmans, ECDL, Lucy Clayton etc) and intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel, 50wpm typing. Must have a friendly, upbeat, organised & flexible personality.
